Ooty

Ooty is an astonishing hill station which has been labeled as the 'Queen of hill stations'. Ooty is the capital of Nilgiri district in Tamil Nadu. Botanical Garden
Ooty has a captivating Botanical Garden, a delight for one and all. Covering acres of areas, the garden is flooded with beautiful flora. Located on the lower slopes of Dodabetta Peak (the highest peak in Ooty), the garden attracts many a visitor.
Government Museum
Established with a noble cause to provide education benefits to the residing and visiting population of Nilgiri district in the year 1989, the Government Museum of Ooty is a storehouse of tribal articles, the district's ecological details and representative sculptural arts and crafts of the state of Tamil Nadu. Timings of the museum are : 10.00 am to1.00 pm and 2.00 pm to 5.00 pm. The museum remains closed on Fridays, second Saturdays and National Holidays.

Kalhatty Falls
